Fixing Slow Tab Issue in Internet Explorer 8

For those users who are experiences slowness while opening new tabs, here is the way to fix it.

Just open up an administrative level command prompt.

This can be done by clicking Start and then type in cmd

Right click cmd that comes below Programs and click "Run as Administrator"


After you get into command prompt, type in regsvr32 actxprxy.dll and hit the Enter

This problem occurs because the above named dll file is not registered properly. Executing the above command can fix it. Reboot your computer and the tab issue will be solved.
